Courtyard Portland Airport

I fell in our room (tripped over my husband’s feet). I fell forward on the hard floor. I was unable to get up on my own and my husband couldn’t help. We called the front desk. They sent a gentleman who I believe was named Steve. He WAS able to help me up and to a chair. I am so very grateful for the hotel and him!!!

. They have a small Bistro. The servers were especially personable. Nothing really fancy but was more than enough for us and we didn't leave the hotel. The front desk people were helpful but we had problems with double charges. Hopefully we can get it resolved.

Location and parking

Dinner in the Bistro Grille was really exceptional and delicious. : salmon Caesar salad, halibut fish and chips. Stephen was our waiter—good suggestions for ordering impeccable service—friendly, helpful but not intrusive. He is an excellent representative of his employer. He made such an impression, that 5 days later, I remember his name and the service he provided!

The late night staff was excellent and helped a tired traveler get a room.
